Policies

At Fortune & Flame, we take pride in creating high-quality candles and boutique products. Because many of our items are handcrafted and personal in nature, please review our policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or burned candles, custom or personalized products, sale or clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy: Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Fortune & Flame is not responsible for carrier delays. Once packages are handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
